Water Damage to outside of box. Unit is fine and untouched by water or any moisture. The unit was completely sealed when a  leak occurred. the boxes were opened to check on the status of the unit just in case.

      How does the Venty compare with other Storz & Bickel vaporizers?
      The Venty vaporizer is the most advanced portable vaporizer from Storz & Bickel. The Venty features unmatched adjustable airflow, a much quicker heat-up time at around 20 seconds, a battery life of about 90 minutes, Bluetooth app connectivity, and pass through charging.
      How do I clean the Venty Vaporizer?
      Cleaning the Venty is easy. Wipe down the housing of the vaporizer and the USB-C cable with a soft dry cloth. Place all patys of the Cooling Unit and the Filling Chamber Screen in either warm water for 5 minutes or isopropyl alcohol for a maximum of half an hour. Rinde all parts with running water for at least one minute and allow to fully dry before reassembling.
      Can I use the Venty vaporizer with concentrates?
      The Venty is designed exclusively for use with dry herb and is unfortunately not compatible with concentrates because of the concern that liquid materials may drip into the heater and cause damage.
      Is the Venty easy to use?
      The Venty is incredibly easy-to-use and beginner friendly. Grind material to a medium fine grind and pack, tamping lightly. Set the airflow slider to your preference and turn the vaporizer on. Set the temperature and once it’s heated (around 20 seconds) you’re ready to use it. Brush out the oven when finished to keep it clean.
