Shipping
Most items are shipped U.S.P.S. but alternative carriers may be used to speed up transit. Free ground level shipping is available within the USA for orders over $75. We use discreet packaging. The shipper name will be HOTH and the packaging will be plain brown or white packaging or perhaps USPS Priority Shipping supplies are sometimes used.
Most of VGoodiEZ orders are processed from our main location but we do dropship certain products. Please check in advance if shipping speed is paramount and we can discuss specific options as the listed options at checkout are estimates only and not guaranteed. Shipping within 24 hours (same day if possible) is our goal but drop ship items could exceed that. Days quoted are BUSINESS DAYS only, so Saturday is not considered "next business day" if ordering on Friday. Next day shipments shipped on Friday are estimated for delivery Monday. We may be able to accommodate Saturday delivery in some events but you'll need to contact sales@vgoodiez.com in advance and expect an additional charge that the carriers will collect for this service. Typically at least $15 extra to send or receive an order on Saturday.
We can't control if the carrier delays the shipment once they receive it. Please account for carrier exceptions and seasonal sales which may delay shipping more significantly. Weather is also a factor that shipping companies often use to justify delays. They do not guarantee delivery when weather impacts delivery so no refunds are given on shipping cost. In fact we don't get refunds for anything based on the shipping service we use so unfortunately we cannot refund for any late deliveries. The service we use offers a much bigger discount in the rates that you're paying at checkout but unfortunately there are no refunds given for late or lost deliveries.
To be frank we don't recommend customers paying for overnight shipping unless they are prepared to be disappointed. The shipping companies don't seem to care anymore.
Our goal is to ship all orders that come in by noon eastern same day but it's not always the case. Heavy kits require time to burn off and set up the kits as well as dealing with supply chain issues from time to time with manufacturer inventory gaps as well as shipping delays. If something is time sensitive please contact us first to see when we can get it into the carriers hands. Heavy kits can take an extra 2-3 business days to ship so please check if you are concerned. This can increase further during seasonal sales. Please be patient, we are a small company. Also consider that holidays may change the delivery estimate as you will be adding an additional business day to the transit. There are a lot of national holiday's celebrated on Monday's throughout the year.
The delivery estimate provided at checkout is just that, an estimate. Please account for processing time and carrier delays. Please note that shipments that are stalled, delayed or not posting tracking updates are unfortunately common, especially out of the Atlanta market where we ship most items from. Please be patient. Especially if you elected free shipping. VGoodiez is not large enough to just shoot out new product or refund you to account for these delays. We take each situation on a case by case basis but in general we ask that you allow at lease 10 days of no tracking updates before we will consider reshipping your order. 30 days for international orders. Sometimes there are significant customs clearance delays and they don't scan these items into possession.
Shipping delays are unfortunately a way of life now and it impacts us with inbound product as well. USPS Ground Advantage (mostly used if you opt for free shipping) is typically 7-10 business days transit. If you want something in less time I suggest Priority or another express carrier but again there are no guarantees.
Please contact us for shipments that are significantly delayed (+5 days no updates) or marked delivered but not received. We will help by opening a lost shipment case with the carrier and provide instruction if we think you can help in tracking this down. Please DO NOT contact the carrier directly. It isn't uncommon for misdelivered packages to show up a day or even several days later. Again we take these events on a case by case basis but in general we would like a thorough investigation to be completed by the shipper and up to 10 days before we will consider reshipping.
Any glass products which arrive broken need to be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery. We cannot warranty glass from dropped during use and we receive countless requests to do so. If your glass arrives broken, please report it to us within 24 hours of delivery and we will do our best to take care of you.
Again shipping protection Insurance would streamline the reorder process and help mitigate risk to our small business.
Route Shipping Protection:
We do offer ROUTE shipping protection as an option at checkout. We take a lot of pride in packing orders securely (especially glass) but shipments often experience rough handling on their way to you. Often this results in damage. The Route shipping protection covers damage as well as lost/stolen shipments. Unfortunately all of these events are on the rise. We offer this optional service for customers who understand that these instances are outside our control and want to streamline their reorder processing.

How Does Route Process Refunds or Reorders?
Refunds: When refunding an item, Route covers the subtotal of the order. Shipping costs, taxes, and the Route premium are not included.
Reorders: Route will reorder the items, depending on in-stock availability. Unavailable items will be refunded. Route will cover the cost of any reorders including shipping and taxes.
When Should I File a Route Shipping Insurance Claim?
Marked As Delivered (Stolen)
- Claims will be reviewed no earlier than 5 calendar days and no later than 15 calendar days from when it was marked delivered
- In some cases, the Route Support team may require a police report before moving forward with an order issue
Stuck In Transit (Lost)
- For domestic orders, claims will be reviewed no earlier than 2 calendar days and no later than 30 calendar days from the last update. The maximum filing time is 60 days from the order date
- For international orders, claims will be reviewed no earlier than 20 calendar days and no later than 30 calendar days from the last update. The maximum filing time is 60 days from the order date
Damaged
- Claims for damaged items require photos of the packaging and item(s) and must be filed no later than 15 calendar days from when it was marked delivered.

Shipping Methods:
VGoodiEZ may elect to change or upgrade your mode of transportation. For example, a customer selects and pays for USPS Priority but the shipping is upgraded to UPS Ground. The reason for this is not all types of service can always be offered. Some items such as battery operated portable units and/or certain desktop units may be drop shipped and can only be shipped within the distributors guidelines.
International Shipping:
VGoodiez offers worldwide shipping at an additional cost, pending acceptance of our terms and conditions including additional terms pertaining to orders exported from the United States.
1. VGoodiEZ cannot change the description and or value in an effort to reduce tax.
2. VGoodiEZ is not responsible for the amount of import tax/duty levied from your import country. We have no control over this. Some countries are better than other's here. Canada seems to want to penalize their citizens particularly hard in our experience. UPS will almost ALWAYS carry import charges because they want to be able to charge you their broker fee too. That is normally $15-20 in itself. When USPS is selected, customers often see no import tax. If you refuse the shipment because you are refusing to pay the import tax, your order will only be refunded once it has returned to us and any shipping fees associated will not be returned.
3. VGoodiEZ is not responsible for any warranty related to the purchased item. Warranty claims should be managed with the manufacturer of the product. This includes international customers where customers may be expected to pay shipping both ways in order to get warranty service.
These stipulations will be included in the terms of service verbiage as it relates to international orders. Please email sales@vgoodiez.com with any questions. We ask international customers to please consider purchasing route shipping protection although it is certainly optional. It really helps in the resolution of these common issues.
Taxes
You are responsible to understand the laws and tax implications for your state. Your age will be verified but DO NOT order if your are not of legal age. It's a waste of our time and money.
VGoodiEZ collects sales tax for Georgia. Otherwise the buyer is responsible to pay applicable taxes for their state when filing their annual return. This includes cost for any "sin tax" your state has come up with to punish you. Tax and Duty for international shipments is also not included. Customers may be charged for the cost of importing prior to accepting delivery. In rare cases, billing may even occur after delivery. VgoodiEZ has no control over any of this.
